Not Bad. Good, Convenient Location From: elgringochuck@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Plenty of hot water, all the time. Good maintenance. Called for an A/C problem in the AM and it was fixed in the PM. No problems with insects. The area is a little rough. It is sometimes noisy and there are often sirens. My truck was broken into but nothing was taken. I chalk that up to experience. The best thing is the location. It is convenient to everything. Bus stop (Metro/UT) right on the corner. I never feel unsafe but I can see how some people might. The lighting isn't that great. There is new management now so I don't know how that will work out. I've been here since Dec. '00 and my lease is up Jun '02. I will not renew my lease 'cause I want to move closer to work. I recommend it if you don't mind living in the hood. It is at times very interesting.
