I have lived at the former Oak Lodge, now turned Arbor Pointe, for around 2 years. It has been turning more ghetto - increased apt and car break ins, people hanging out in the parking lot drinking, not to mention the noise. I live in the apt section where there is no laundry facility nor swimming pool so it's inconvinient at times (they are located across Oltorf). The office people are okay, although they have a tendency to say they'll call back but never do. Also, I won a few months rent free contest and they claimed I didn't win when I didn't pay my rent for those months! A few times, I would have notices saying I had trash on my balcony and I would get fined even though I was out of town that weekend. The parking lot by my apartments was pretty broken up and full of potholes. A lot of tenants stored cars they didn't use on the parking lot, which took up a few good spots on the lot. On a good note, I didn't really have many actual problems with the apt itself. They did a lot of renovation so it's pretty decent inside.
