I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and things have certainly changed. There are a lot of midnight dashes (people who move out without notice in the middle of the night), and they usually take something from your car with them. Neighbors have become rude putting scratches in your car and breaking off mirrors coming home drunk at night. Some drunk guy lived (slept) outside of our door for about a month. One night we had a hooded guy trying to open our door at 2am. Our dog scared him away. The pool is always closed due to health violations. We saw a woman wash the butt of her diapered baby in the pool and we really never went swimming again. Living on the third floor is horrible in the summer because the heat is never ending. The air conditioner never stops running because of the heat and our bill ran between $120 in the winter to $350 in the summer. I got attacked by a dog that the owner just let run loose. I never minded the guys who hung out drinking in the parking lot because they usually kept the burgulars away. The prissy UT students who lived here complained because the men only spoke Spanish and that frightened them. Once they forced them not to hang out, our cars were repeatedly robbed. There are some really cool people who live here and the old management was very awesome. Like I said in the beginning, things have changed.
