My car was broken into twice and the radio stolen both times. There are large rodents that spend a great deal of time in the area (racoons and opossums), not to mention the stray cats. There is an ant problem as well. Last summer 30 out of 90 days I had to do with out water. Five of those Thirty days I was given warning that the water would be out. I got up to take a shower this morning and the water was not on, no warning. The only benefit of this apartment is location but that does not make up for it's fault. I am embarresed to have company over.

be careful, though, if you decide to move out, they can slap whatever bills they want- on you--- claims that theres crayon on the walls and maybe the carpet stained from pets, which I had none, and then they'll give you the run around of how much money you owe and not contact you about it till a year maybe two later-- and thats what happened to me, now theyre saying I owe the clients 6000 something, when at the beginning of the conversation, she said 1500, then it went to 2500 and now its over 6000 I dont think so-- I mean what do I do about this, I cant just go over and contest it--- but this is ruining my credit--
I cant pay anything right now and have not been employed for a while, at least not a high paying gig, I get what I get and I take it and work till I feel Im not getting the money I deserve for the hours I work, so yea I quit== wouldnt you?
