good vs. bad

The good: I liked my apartment and the layout. Never any problems with plumbing or electricity. My neighbors were cool. Had nice view of the "greenbelt" from my balcony. When I first moved there the pool and hot tub were nice. I met some girl at the pool and ended up hooking up a few times. The staff was cool; they'd always give me cookies.
The bad: Ghetto families and their kids moved in and started peeing in the hot tub. It stayed yellow until I moved out. Someone stole my underwear and socks from the laundrymat. I'm a guy. That's just really sick. Some skinny punk ass latino tried to pick a fight with me around the main office, but I flexed a muscle and he ran off, probably to go try on my underwear after he peed in the hot tub. Heard the neighbors having sex next door a lot. Worst was my truck was broken into and they stole my stereo and some tools my grandfather gave me. This would be a nice place if it weren't for the tennants. i haven't been in that part of town in a long time. Heard they don't even speak english around there anymore. If you like bordertown Mexico, then this is the place for you. Carry a knife.
