In the time that I have lived here, the only problem I've had is waiting forever for maintenance and having to ask multiple times for them to come. It's somewhat understandable seeing as how it's only 3 guys for a 3-phase apartment complex.
Compared to the student communities I lived before, it's very quiet at night. The only noise I really ever hear is people driving through the parking lot with loud music on. I live right at the front of the complex, too.
My apartment has a great layout and is very comfortable. It was clean when I moved in, and all my dealings with leasing went smoothly. If you want an inexpensive apartment, you have to realize that it's not going to be perfect.
There was a rash of car break-ins that happened a couple months ago, but it's really not all that uncommon given the area. If you use common sense and don't leave anything in your car you will be ok...it's like leaving candy out for a baby.
I am a single female living alone, and I do not really fear for my safety. It's not the nicest, newest neighborhood, but there are much worse!

Car break ins are ok huh? Common sense? I dont know where you come from but car brea-ins are not okay in my book and not where i come from. Area is trashy, and I am sorry that you live by yourself in an area like this. Not acceptable.

I don't think she means that they are ok. They can happen anywhere, regardless of the area if retards leave stuff in plain daylight.
