First off There was a young women raped behind my apartment (where theres nothing but trees looking out my balcony) Then a body was found at a near by creek. There are a few car break-ins but considering the area thats normal if you leave something visible for them, to want to brake in.

One weird thing, I think there is racoon and cat that get in between my ceiling and the floor upstairs because I would always wake up in the middle of the night to some loud animal crys and fast chasing like they were fighting. (I never told the managment)

The entire section of my apartment area would have a blackout on our porches like every 3 days. It was pitch black and scary to walk up to my apartment.

I guess its ok to live here. Like its said "You get what you pay for." Maintenance is a little slow. The management is really nice. They try to be as helpful as possible. They are always good about posting notices on your door if there has been a crime in the area or notices about anything that will be worked on.

There are neighbors who are loud with music. The reason I'm leaving is because I just dont feel very safe with my balcony facing the woods and need washer and dryer conections.

I wouldn't recommend this apartment if your looking for a nice place. (Landscaping) but if you just need somewhere to live go for it, I just moved in w/out researching about it.

Oh and get used to sirens and traffic noise in the middle of the night.
