I've lived here since April 07, and my lease is up May 08. I have enjoyed living here. Quiet atmosphere, very manicured grounds, plenty of parking, convenient to 183 and Mopac. Plenty of great green areas to walk a dog, go for a stroll, or even a full out RUN. My apartment was a bit older (this place was built in the 70's I think)... could have used more closet space and the kitchen appliances really need to be updated... but everything WORKED. Electric bill ran about $125/mo for a 1BR 1BA, A/C set on 74 degrees. Kinda high, I thought. I'm a single female and have always felt safe. Office personnel are pretty nice. TV in the fitness area dosen't work, that is annoying, but all the equipment works. I feel a fair price for the apartment... I'm only considering leaving because I want a bigger apartment and want to get a roommate. These apartments aren't really
"overly spacious" - but would I live here again' You bet. I researched this apartment on this site, and am currently researching another. Nothing like hearing what it's like by people who actually live here. :)

Yes. I live here...have for going on four years. I really like the 9 foot ceilings and the overall space, not to mention the location. I'm a happy renter!
