5-year tenant moving From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2004   Sure, I currently pay $700, the "market value" of my apartment is $800, my *fabulous* renewal deal is $700, AND they're leasing it for $555 to new tenants! Yes, I am moving. Besides, since Equity took over they have cut down all the beautiful trees (the complex was formerly named "Los Arboles" and we're in the "Arboretum"), and it seems like they've allowed just about anyone to move in. Plus, Summit used to keep the place pretty clean & tidy, but lately it's just been a big old mess. The property is going downhill. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
