Positive experience so far.

I'm a reasonable/normal person. Take that to mean that I work normal hours, don't throw parties in my apartment, and just in general do normal things.
So far, after having lived here for a couple of months, I would say that this place is reasonably good. Not a lot of parking - they give you one covered spot, and after that, it's a free for all for the non-covered/visitor parking. This generally gets pretty filled up inside the gate by the late evening. Not a problem for someone like me who lives alone, but I could see it being problematic if you had one spot and two cars.
If you have a medium to large sized dog.... the deposit is kind of large. $300 non refundable, $300 refundable, for dogs over 50 lbs mature weight. A lot of people seem to not pick up after their dogs, but you can't really blame the apartment for this. It is annoying, however. Particularly as someone who has a dog and picks up after him/her. Although there are grassy spots, and areas with bags and a place to throw away bagged dog poop, you'll still see lots of evidence of irresponsible owners. And the place is pretty dense - more buildings than open areas, so there are only so many patches of grass, and they are often inhabited by dogs and their owners.
The residents tend to be post grad type people - there seems to be a variety of alumni stickers on cars in the parking lot. So, generally mid twenties, but still some older folks.
I may have been blessed with exceedingly friendly/quiet neighbors, but I have had almost zero problems with noise/annoyance/complaints in my apartment so far. My dog often goes nuts in the evenings with a last chance spurt of energy (no matter how hard I exercise him), running around the apartment, and I haven't had any complaints. I generally watch TV at night, and have not had anyone talk to me about noise. I woke up in the middle of the night recently to the noise of neighbors in the hallway talking about the power outage (thunder storm), but that's hardly something to complain about. My place is generally very quiet. I'm not even certain anyone lives above me.
The staff is friendly. I did have a problem with my shower breaking earlier, which also caused problems with the guy who lives below me. It happened on a Saturday night, was fixed by Monday, and management did a good job in contacting me about what was going on, and making things not be an inconvenience for me. Quick response, and continued attention. Can't ask for much more.
I saw a couple of silverfish when I moved in, but I've not seen them since, and have not seen evidence of any other pests, apart from a roach on my porch when it was storming out. Thankfully, it didn't get in. The appliances in the apartment are reasonable - a bit 80's/early 90s', but not bad. The microwave is a spacesaver unit, and doesn't have a rotating tray. For the 1 bedroom, it is definitely not a "garden tub", but just a normal bathtub. The whole decor is somewhat 80s, with a lot of white and a tan carpet, and the locks/knobs on the doors aren't great. But, once again, not really problems.
Really, the only things that bug me at all about this place are ------ people leaving dog ---- on the grass, and a shortage of parking. Otherwise, it's a pretty good place, with a great location and a good price. I can't talk about how they treat you when they're leaving, as I'm only a couple of months in, but so far, I'm happy with the place.
Oh, and also, washers and dryers don't come with the apartment, but there are several laundry areas. But, they aren't coin operated - you have to buy tokens, which are a dollar to use the washers, and a dollar to use the dryers. And when I used these previously, my laundry was nowhere near dry after their time in the dryer. Which was annoying, as you have to buy the tokens from the office, and the office of course was not open to give me more $1 tokens to dry my sheets at 11 in the evenign.
