noise from upstairs neighbors. grounds not well kept by my carport and patio. men with leaf blowers just blow trash, dust, and leaves around by front door, carport, car, and patio but do not remove leaves and paper trash.

Most things are better than other places I've lived, but there are some disrespectful people especially with loud cars and driving way too fast. Some dog walkers don't care if the dog goes between cars and pees on the tires.

I've had a great experience living at Stonelake ay the Arboretum. Have never had any issues whenever I've had anything that needed to be resolved. It's a nice place to live in and the leasing staff have always been wonderful.

The management is always responsive. The maintenance crew is super quick. The remodels are very nice. The modern kitchen is a bonus. Full laundry room in apartment allows for great upkeep. The landscaping could be improved.
