I have only lived here a short amount of time, and I am already planning my move when my lease is up. I have a 1/1 for 720 a month, i am charged 10 dollars a month for each pet I own, so 740 is my monthly rent, plus a 300 deposit for each pet. When i first moved in the carpet didn't meet the walls in some places and the corners aren't tacked down.
For 2 nights the sprinkler room of my building was beeping, like a heart monitor, I called the office and told the maintence guys, they said they had to call a contractor to fix it and it would take a few days.
The office received a package of mine but I never got it and when I went in there to pick it up, they didn't have it, this happened twice, in one month!
There is one trash compactor in each section-3 sections-, which is always completely filled to the top, people leave their trash bags along the side of the stairs leading up to it.
They are super strick about what you can and cannot put on your porch, ie. towels to dry, shoes, small flags-of any country even u.s- clothes.
parking is bad!!!!
laundry room is terrible, you have to dry your clothes twice--typical laundry mat i guess
it is a nice neighborhood, and the ladies in the office are sweet..
