a fly wouldn't live here

i have a horrible fly and flea problem here (no pets), the hot water runs short, it smells like smoke from neighbors 3 doors down. i wouldn't recommend a fly to live here. and watch out, they might tow your car for looking ugly, regardless of how the building looks itself.
