The managers that have been here in the less than a year I lived at Archways, although they were constantly changing, were always nice to me. However, the owner is a complete a**hole. I gave my thirty days notice and moved out a week early so that I would have a week to clean the place. I left some non-emergency things, last minute dishes, my stationary bike that I was not bringing with me but a friend would be picking up, and all my cleaning supplies including my new vacuum. I went there a few days before my notice was up, and it had been rekeyed! He assumed I was done with the apartment, even though I never told anyone this and even though it was dirty and all my cleaning supplies were there which should have indicated to any reasonable person that I was not quite finished with the unit. I tried to get a hold of him and he would not return my calls. It was an absolutely ridiculous situation that caused me quite a bit of trouble. I am so glad I got out of there instead of finishing out my lease - even though I had to pay to break it, my new apartment is beautiful, in a much better area, and has yet to give me any problems.

FYI, The Archways now has a new owner, have been remodeled and by all accounts, is a much better place to live.
