The apartments are fine if you don't care about anything.

The owner cheated me on my deposit when I moved out. I expected the cheating even though the apartment was as clean as it could possibly be.

They painted the outside of the apartment complex while I was living there and the paint got all over my car. Owner refused to fix it until I threatened a lawsuit. When he did fix it, he had someone simply sand off the paint, ruining my car. He refused to take care of that until after I sued him.

While I was there, I did not talk to a single resident who had interacted with him that did not have poor things to say.

Fortunately this man sold his properties and hopefully will not terrorize anymore students or renters. This guy is a real bottom feeder. He would lie to Christ at the pearly gates. It is amazing this guy is not behind bars for the things he has done to so many people. He has been known to cheat people out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have never rented from him or done business with him. I know of him from through others that have had done business with him, and lived in Tarrytown where he lives. This is one messed up individual.
