Decent place for the low rent

Apartments are in fairly good condition although my cabinets and floors in the bathroom and kitchen could be replaced. Overall, I'm pleased with the apt and the management office. It's quiet, with the bus just steps away but far from the UT campus for students. The prices are getting higher though and for working people I would not recommend it. There's no gym, the laundry facilties are old and always full. Great deal for students.
