The management at Argosy is incredibly two-faced; they seemed nice and friendly when we signed the paperwork, but as soon as I came to pick up my key their fangs started to show. They insist on adhering to rules that they never told you about in advance, and they are extraordinarily rude. My roommate and I reported an unknown leak that was getting our carpet wet, and we were immediately accused of negligence and told that we would have to incur all repair fees, BEFORE THE MAINTENANCE GUY EVEN CHECKED IT OUT. We also noticed that people were entering our apt. during the day without leaving notice (but they would leave lights and the air conditioner on), but the office denied any wrongdoing. Maintenance also likes to come in and leave forms at your door even though they don't touch a thing. Expect to get yelled at if you complain about this.

If you like being belittled, then sign a lease. Perhaps if the entire management was replaced this place might be worth the headache, but right now I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
