Managemt doesnt care if apartment or car gets broken into.
There have been several breakins to the units in the past few months. We suspect that it is an inside job by someone in management or maintenance, since the spaces were all locked. Please lookup the crime incident report before signing a lease. You can look it up on the internet.
Argosy has a high rate of auto theft, especially towards the back close to the fence between the soccar field and the apt complex. I sometimes have to park in this area when I get home after 9pm, since there are no spots left closer to my unit.

In terms of the unit itself, the layout is unique and practical, but the cell phone reception is terrible. We?ve tried ATT, Sprint, and Voicestream. Finally, we have no cable reception even though it is supposedly included in the rent.
We rented a 1-1 for two years, paid 545 the first year, 565 for the second year. The rent would have increased to 625 if we had opted to stay. I guess the next person living in the apt will have to pay at least 625 for 650 s.f.
