Years at this apartment: 1990 - 1999
I lived here for 6 years (4 yrs, then 3 yrs somewhere else, then back for 2). At first the management was great, but things were changing the last two years. They weren't as friendly. Maybe it was just new blood.
Maintenance was great! It's what I miss the most, compared to my apartment now. Things were fixed within a day or two, and we always knew when they came because they'd leave a note.
Free alarm...can't beat it. And the company always called if the alarm went off.
Free pest control, once a month. That was helpful. Never had any problems.
Good area, kind of close to everything and not far from Hwy 183 or IH35.
Sounds like things have gotten worse in the last couple of years.
From what I knew, I'd recommend.
