My boyfriend posted that ad just before our problems with management began. I admit that we made a mistake - we did not give 60 days notice on our apartment. Now we are on the hook for another months rent. According to Texas Property Code 91 (which anyone renting from this apartment should be well versed in), they are now responsible to try to mitigate our damages. Have they done this'' No. The past reviews are right - the manager is terrible to deal with. She is abrasive and snarky about everything. Anna, the person you deal with most often, is her puppet. She will be very friendly to your face but do not expect any help from her if you have a problem. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Find a private owner who takes an interest in their investment. As a Canadian, I am fully aware of the fact that the rest of the world dislikes Americans - dealing with the management at this place is like dealing with is like dealing with the stereotypical rude, abrasive, ignorant, uncouth American on tv. This place pushed my boyfriend and I to wish we had never moved here or had to deal with Americans ever again. The worst of the worst.
