I have lived here for a year an a half. Before moving here I lived in a Brand new apartment on Crossing Place. Even though these apartments are not as new I think they are much nicer. Anytime I have a maintence problem it is fixed immediately. I have been late on rent and Anna has always been very friendly and helpful, once even letting me pay a portion to avoid late fees. I am not fond of the new maintence men, however they are not as bad as some. I did have one complaint about one of the maintence men and it was handled effectively through the manager. I have not moved out yet, so I can not comment on that situation, but I know that Anna was not pushy when it came to renewing the lease. I always enjoy the pool. My friends come over from other apartment complex's to swim with me because our pool is nice and very unique. At least once a year I see them repaint the deck. There are very large patios. All of our neighbors have been friendly and quiet. I have found that there have been very few break ins. I lived in an apartment with a "security gate" and experienced far more problems then here. I have had no problems with safety or break ins to speak of. The electricity payments ar a little high, but not too far above normal. I would Highly recommend this apartment, and have to many friends. I am not sure where all of the previous complaints are coming from, I have had a great experience.
