The apartment is ideal for newcomers that don't really know the area too well. Somewhat convenient to go to the bus stop and take the #1 metro bus because it goes up and down congress, guadalupe, & lamar. The only thing not good is when they go on strike and you get stranded, especially when you depend on it to get to UT campus. My rent was high for a one bedroom apartment. Staff always came into my apartment because they said it was "company policy." I had rare souveniers stolen from my apartment when management did come by for maintenance, and I don't know why they even offer a security system when they can come into your place at any time. Therefore, it is unsecure. Parking my car felt really unsafe, especially the area in the back of the apartments where it is dim.
