I think this place is awesome. I lived here in 1999 to 2001 and moved back in just a year ago. The only reason I left was I moved out of Austin. The rent is very reasonable, the management has always been kind to me, and it is very quiet. There are problems with cars getting broken into, but I blame that more on people leaving stuff in their car to be stolen. There is nothing management can do about that.
The only complaint is bird poop around the pool. The trees definitely need to be trimmed back.
