As a grad student who appreciates coming home to a quiet community, to unwind and prepare for the next day, I can sincerely say that Argosy is a very decent clean place to live. My cat and I have found our needs tended too without being overwhelmed by an intrusive management. Granted there is a 300 pet deposit, I feel that is more than reasonable. The maintenance staff is always nice and prompt with there repairs, they even helped me find kitty once when she got out. Argosy has been a haven these last three years.
