After living here for 2 years, we were pretty pleased with the property in general. However, my biggest complaint with this property is the management! Linda and Anna are not reasonable at all. We paid a pet deposit and two days later, they called screaming at us that we would be evicted because we had a cat. When we showed proof that they had cashed our $600 pet deposit, they never once apologized for their actions. Pretty good about getting small maintenance requests fixed, although we never had many. A friend that stayed with us had his truck broken into and we received no help from the office at all. They stated that they did not change the film in the security cameras during the weekend, and they kept saying how "they were not liable for any damages." Since moving out, we are now in a dispute about damages they say we caused to the apartment. One more thing...if you are not a 35-40 year old male who plays volleyball, you can forget every using the swimming pool. They are there constantly! Save the headache and look elsewhere!
