Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
** Argosy staff pinned an extra $1184.00 charge on me once I left by withholding or not processing paperwork from me two months before leaving. The apartment was left better than I found it, so I did get a full deposit back. They prey on people who cannot afford legal council. No kidding.**
New management threw money at physical shortcommings in the form of meaningless cosmetic band-aid solutions that made the place extra-bland in appearance (also took the pool out of commission for spring and summer - idiots). Now they are scrapping to get every penny out of each resident whether fairly or unfairly.
Different residents pay different rates for the same apartments. This is not a pet issue, just a bullying tactic that they seem get away with. Your rent will rise as soon as they think they can charge it without loosing you.
