Theses ladies have worked at this apartment office for probably more than 20 years. Yes, all 3 of them. The fat-ass blonde, the one with coke bottle eye glasses, and the one with gigantic hair.

When you first come-in they will be all smiles and respectful. But, once you sign that lease. It is all about the money. Becareful of your conversations with them too. There is the main leader who is always hiding in the back in her office. She listens in on Everything. And I mean everything. Once she catches you in on a mis-speak she will jump out from the back to come after that money.

First off I don't agree with their B.S. policy of having to pay for a security alarm. $100.00 is due at the signing of the lease for the alarm even if you don't set it up. Their monthly rent has increased $100.00 a month. They justify by saying the remolded units are worth it. They aren't. They try to say a free microwave in your unit. Our microwave that was in our apartment was like from the 70s and was missing the heating plate. The laides from the office told me to just use any regular dish. I was like okay.

Oh, also upon our move-in there was broken glass in the living room. I reported it to the office. And the women just looked at like it was my problem since I had already signed the lease.

Also, Be very careful upon move-out. Make sure you do a walk-through. They will not hesitate to deduct for any reason

Service for alarm should be optional. NOT mandatory. NOT everyone sees the alarm as a necessity.

I disagree, I only had to pay $30 for the alrm and it is not for the service it is for the alarm permit. The last apartment I had I had to pay that to the Police department myself. That was one less thing I had to worry about during my move. Why call people names or make fun. How old are YOU? The ladies in the office may be older but they are just as nice and professional to me today as they were when I came with my family to look here in Austin. In any apartment that I have ever had You have the OPTION of doing a walk through If you CHOOSE not to that is your own bad.

I really wish I didn't agree with this rating. The office women are terrible, miserable, and made me want to scream. I was a good tenant and I'll be honest - they were not professional. Ever. Particularly after notice has been given. I had serious issues and I still do. These women should retire. Its like a bad episode of desperate housewives. They run apartments, they don't have to make it dramatic and unnecessarily unprofessional.
