I'm surprised that so many people have had problems with the women in the office. They have always been helpful and pleasant. I lived at the Argosy for two years and my major problem with the place was the frat boy pool volleyball smackdown that would go on for hours. It's awful to wake up to 'IN YOUR FACE! Or try to go to sleep while they play '3 Doors Down' and argue over points. The electricity bills were insane too. I think it's just not insulated well. I never had a problem with maintance or having my car broken into. I think they do a good job in secuing the grounds.

I think that a lot of the problems with the office people come at move out. Thats when I had my altercations, and from the sounds of the other reviews thats the case. They don't resent you while they're getting your money, its after you provide them with your notice that they become nasty...and that can mean a looooooooong 60 days and an even worse walk through. So before you start singing songs about their wonderful office staff, see what its like when you move.

Absolutely. The office women are so two-faced. They were pleasant to me during lease-signing. But, after giving my notice to leave they turned around and were down right nasty. I didn't even bother walking through my apartment upon move-out because I was positive it was spotless. But, of course that was my mistake. When I went back to the office to talk about the bogus charges. They tried to ease the pain by saying "hey, we could have charged more. But, we took into consideration that it was a light clean" And they actually say they hired a company to clean the apartment that actually charged more (double) than what they charged us. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE A LOSS LIKE THAT. WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE ME LESS THAN WHAT THE COMPANY CHARGED YOU. YOU WOULD BE AT A LOSS THERE. Thats how you know they are lying. They are all business and would not take a loss like that. My car window did get bashed into once. I came home late one night (10pm) and most of the spots were full. I had to park along the fence where vistors parked. And my thats where why windows were bashed in. And the basher even left his blood stain on the driver seat. There is also another occasion where my hub caps were stolen right off my car. I also did not enjoy the maintenance guys entering whenever they desried. In Summary, DON'T MOVE HERE. This should be your last choice.
