Argosy borders on the good and bad of the ATX. I like living here overall. The apartments are older people, so please do not write reviews expecting modern amenities when you chose to live in an older apartment complex probably and mostly because of location and price.
The residents are the best aspect of the complex as most are very friendly. There are of course a few, as there are anywhere that believe that an apt complex should be a library or church. Advice for the avid complainers that exagerate: if you do not want to hear your neighbors moving furniture, vacuuming, getting in and out of cars, hanging out at the pool, having a few people over, grilling, walking their dogs; THEN PLEASE RENT OR BUY A HOUSE!
I would recommend living here for the location, price, active/fun pool scene, and the friendly neighbors I have met so far.
