I just wanted to point out that I don't care too much about people being loud and having fun as much as I care that our rent was almost $1000! That's fine that we live in an older building with no amenities, as long as our rent is cheap. But I'm not paying a premium on a pool that's always too full of people to stretch out in anyway.

-heating/ac is ridiculous. We kept it at 70 degrees pretty much year round and my bedroom was always freezing cold in the winter and sweating hot in the summer, despite my living room being room temp. It contributed to a lot of insomnia, as it was a chore to get up in a shivering cold room or to try to sleep in a pile of sweat.

-Yes, there were wasps (or something like it') all over my balcony. I had to chase them away with wasp spray so many times to do laundry, and they would always dive bomb me when I came out of the laundry room.

Pool is always empty unless the fun volleyball players are out there...People need to chill and relax about life...Argosy is a good place to live w/ some fun residents...
