Although the price isn't horrible for Austin standards these apts are. Dangerous, run dows, horrible management, loud neighbors, no parking, loud complex (right next to Hwy 183!) is what you deal with. The inside is run down and things break left and right. Management is rude and maintenance never fixes anything quickly. I do not recommend these apts to anyone! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
