This is a horrible place to live!! It is in an awful area of town!!! The majority of the residents are pretty seedy. As a single female I felt very unsafe here, especially with the two perverts who sat on there balcony, drank beer, and watched my every move!! Management and maintenance is horrible! I often heard mgmt. bad mouthing residents, cussing, and just being downright rude to people!! In today's market you can find a much better deal in a much safer area!! You've been warned!! Also, there are are always random unsupervised children running around w/ no parent in sight(being very loud)!!! If you want to live in a place that is somewhat safe and atleast quite- DO NOT MOVE TO ASHBURY PARK!!!!!! YOU WILL HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
