just heard a rumor that in addition to turning it to section 8 AND government housing, they are turning the office into a WIC office. That will bring the quality tenents...

this place is sick - 8 people crammed into 1 bedroom apartments. Children running around, no supervision. loud, drinking. feel like i am in Mexico
