I ended up moving here because it was within my budget and a good location. Good meaning close to 183, 35, mopac, etc. Horrible part of town though. I felt very unsafe here. It was loud and noisy constantly, it's about 90% seedy -------- with no respect for anyone. The staff was nice to me, but I'm a respectable, nice person and never complained really. Parking was pretty good, mostly covered parking which you don't have to pay for which was nice when the ice storm came and busted everyones windows. When I was inside my apartment I liked it. It was big, lots of storage and nice. I hated the residents and how ghetto and dirty the place was. If you're a poor, rude, disrespectful, criminal Mexican you'll fit right in.
