I am leaving Ashbury Parke, my lease is up soon. First of all my year there was with 1000's of roaches dripping off the walls, you can't stop looking at your glass for fear a roach will get in it. It is so overcrowded, getting in and out is worse than Walmart. My car took a pounding in dents and scratches from being parked so tight-like sardines in a can. I asked for a fire extinguisher, never got one. Early in my lease, my car window and dash was smashed to steal my mp3 player. Amenities, forget it. The pools were locked up from day one. Who would swim in it'' The "weight room" was a dark smashed room with smashed trash broken unusable equipment. This place is only for the very poor or near-homeless. One last example: my year is up in my "prison cell" there, and the outgoing mail slot STILL has a broken lock(empty hole), so I had to drive to the post office to mail my letters. This place should be condemned.
