I live in these apartments. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in, neither were the carpets. There is a constant stream of traffic, drugs, crime, and load music. I come home twice a week to a police car or ambulance in the parking lot. The pipes broke in my daughters room. Their toys, bunkbeds, clothes, the carpet and the cabinets were destroyed. Four months later nothing has been replaced. My kids can't even sleep in their bedroom. I have asked multiple times for the carpets to be cleaned, they still aren't cleaned. I am excited to be moving! I hate going to the parking lot and I never go check my mail alone. Even at broad daylight!
This complex is the worst place I have ever lived in Austin. I'd be willing to go live on the east side on Oltorf before I put another year into this place.
Two months ago I found out they were charging more than the fair market value for my apartment. I'm considering breaking lease just to get out unharmed.
