you HAVE got to be kidding. do NOT believe anything this place tells you. dangerous. lets see. gang fight. next day shooting. they say they do not allow pit bulls and rottweilers. well there are at LEAST 10 pits and not always on leashes. utilities are sky high because everything is old. have a problem' all you will get is excuses. this week' man beat his wife outside in parking lot in broad daylight while she held her baby. RUN FORREST, RUN! don't live here. management is very good at one thing. making excuses and telling lies. so if that is what you want, please, take my place. so many people are leaving here that it is ridiculous. no one i have met is happy here. and with a lot of work and total house cleaning in the office, it MIGHT be a nice place. one more thing. the property next door is full of illegals and pedophiles. the hot tub has not worked in months and the pool is smaller than most backyard pools and always dirty. none of the rules are enforced here so if you hate rules, move here. security is simply a suggestion as barney fife lives on the property and is afraid of his own shadow. call him and you get nothing but excuses. what a wuss.
