Tired of paying rent and not having parking

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2004-01-01

I don't know what is going on, perhaps it is the fact that the leases are not enforced and 20 people are living in one apartment, but suddenly there is NO PARKING. I pay my rent and come home from work and have no place to park. It is ridiculous. We have a new manager who is not only an idiot but a -----. Maybe that is wherein the problem lies.
