Old habits hard to break

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
They might be trying to change in a positive way but it is just not working out. It still takes them a week to fix any thing and even longer if it is an emergency. There is no communication between tennants and staff because staff writes the notes and then tosses them away, while acting like call never happened. They need somebody to come in and clean up.
