too bad a lot of nice kids go to school right across the street because walden properties runs slums. this was an "ok" property and now that american housing has put their slum lords in charge, it is not even good enough to be called a ghetto. they prey on the desperate and low income folks who can't rent anywhere else. and because it is so easy to rent here, ANYONE can and does. what a slap in the face to the homeowners in anderson mill. clean up or get the hell out, american housing. you suck.
