The older man that runs maintanence is very nice. He walks around with a smile, he laughs, he cares about his job. The old woman that helps him is a troll. She snarls at everyone, yell at you if you ask her a the slightest bit of help, she will even yell at your teenager with obscene verbage if you give her the chance. She has a sign on her door-she does NOT work after she gets off-EVER. The man will stay LATE just to finish projects he sees as important. The lady that moved in next to me said her make ready was crap. Well, the is the maintanence troll's job. The pool is never clean, the hot tub is more like a mud bath-thank you maintanence troll, and I heard someone the other day complain that she destroyed some of their belongings in their home. The office dragon, well she breathes fire and yells at you without warning. You can't yell at her, but she has no problem yelling at you. She does favors for some residents and not others. Like if you are late paying your rent, you may or may not be charged the extra fee-depends on if you are one of her favorite residents. Good stuff, huh' It gets better.......
My apartment complex is infested with a super bug called marijuana. The troll smokes it, her upstairs neighbor smokes it, then man next to her smokes it, most of the people living in the front side of the complex smoke it, lots of the people in the pool area smoke it, it is every where. And the complex allows this. Williamson county isn't going to come out and investigate-that would mean they have to approach the offenders, and that isn't going to happen. Pull you over, yes, come to arrest you if you are 6' tall and colored, hell no! There has been like one or two drug stings, but that is it. We had cars getting broken into ever week for a while, lots of radios got stolen. It is so bad, the courtesy officer is scared to patrol, so he stays home or works at night so he doesn't have to patrol. This place is hell for those that believe in equal housing and great for my drug dealer friends that want the dope.

So now what should you do about this well I called Secretary Alphonso Jackson of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and asked his office to look into this matter. So you can call his office you can call the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity and the FEMA Administrator R. For the person that thinks I did something wrong, no. I have been a courteous resident that follows all of the rules since I moved in. I take care of my apartment, am always current on my rent, and don't leave messes to clean up. I have been nothing but polite, but the troll and dragon have made it difficult for others to live there and I felt future residents should be aware of the problems they will walk into if and when they decide to make this hell hole their home. I don't like being belittled and treated like trash. And I choose not to live that way of life, so I expect the complex I call home to follow the same approach. Instead, they follow the "Gangsta's Paradise" theme. About calling Fair Housing, I have done that and will be contacting others, so a formal investigation is launched and something WILL be done about these illegal activities. Sorry guys, I don't take things lightly any longer. I won't be sorry when things are corrected, however.
