NIGHT MARE AT AUDUBON From: annett Date posted: 9/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place should be demolished. The "manager" laughed in my face when i told her to fix an appartment problem. I lived on the 3rd story and level one smelled like dead dog level two like rotten eggs and the poeple across smoked mariguana 24-7 which made the stink even worse. there is NO parking the pool is black it was never cleaned. the clothes care center has the cruddyest machines. the main gate doesn't work it is ALWAYS OPEN don't let them say that they will give you the passes later because they wont. there where like 7 big pitbulls at the complex! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER! OHH and i stayed at audubon for 6 months then i rented somewhere else but kept paying my bills and rent at audubon and i was getting 100 dollar water fees when i never even went there! so finnalyy when my lease was over they still want me to pay "unpaid fees" which i have all my receipts proving that i paid! I WOULDN'T LIVE HERE EVEN IF THE RENT AND BILLS WHERE FREE!
