i witnessed an attempted murder. they let the guy live there cos "he was mentally ill". he went away in a cop car. there are registered sex offenders living there WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW...and if you mention it to them they say.. "oh he is using his brothers address". um ok. so YOU are HELPING him commit a felony and falisify his whereabouts' idiots. there ARE sex offenders living here. look it up. if you have kids, you better make sure you are with them all the time.

the hot tub has been broken for at least 4 years. pit bulls live here and run loose. that is against the law and yet they keep accepting them and making excuses for them. i was attacked by a dog there but the owner paid off the manager at the time and i was told to stfu. lol. the cops told the owner that THEY would shoot his dog if it was loose again.

the apartments are very old and in need of remodeling. it is a small complex so it shouldn't be too hard to maintain things, however, i was told by the maintainence guy that the management company wont pay for items for repairs. so there you go....

i witnessed several car break ins and drug deals as i have insomnia. you can just stand on your balcony and see the crimes as they happen. the cops come but not much is done for the most part. everyone knows it is a drug traffiking area... conveniently located across from the high school.

HA!! Maybe you should take something for your insomnia as you are becoming delusional. I have lived here a long time and yes, there are some issues but what property doesn't have issues. I have checked the site and there are no sex offenders living here. THere is no mental person wandering around trying to murder people, there are no pit bulls running loose and the staff are not idiots. If they didn't have to pick up trash after people that don't know what a trash can is for and other such things then maybe they would have more timeto give to the hot tub that should just be filled with cement anyway.
