The complex is very nice. There are many trees and picnic tables around. It's very convenient to shopping, gas, food, daycare, etc. Maintenance is prompt and good. The people are nice and quiet in the neighborhood. The only problem is the office staff......plus they rip you off on the water bill. $35 a month for water is ridiculous. When I lived in a house, my water bill was $8 a month, in the complex I have to pay for watering the complex lawns so my bill is $30 a month.
