Actually these are called Chelsea Village now. They took over last year and made some improvements but for some reason they seemed to stop. Now, I am trapped in a 1 years lease wanting out. When you park you should watch out for the beer bottles in the parking lot. The pool is dangerous for swimming and gambling takes place on the volleyball/basketball court. Yes they have someone picking trash up each morning but on the weekends it seems to pile-up.
My neighbors have complained about maintainance being slow and not fixing things the first time through. I say you can find better.
