THEY HAVE NO WASHER AND DRYER CONNECTIONS AND THE 1 THEY HAVE AT THEIR SITE IT DONT WORK HALF THE TIME THE STAFF IS RUDE AND ALL IN PEOPLES BUISNESS ALSO THE MAINTANCE ARE LAZY AND HALF THE TIME U HAVE TO REQUEST WORK ORDERS 2 OR 3 TIMES OMG SOMEONE GOT STABED HERE AMD POLICE ALWAYS HERE SOMEONE ALSO GO KILLED HERE 2 MONTHS AGO VERY BAD APTS THE DOWNSTAIRS APTS DONT HAVE NO CARPET AT ALL THEY CHARGE ALOT ON THE WATER COMMUNITY BILL AND WATER IS ALWAYS COMIN OUT THE SEWER THEY DONT CLEAN THE PULL AND U NEVER SEE SECURITY ON SIGHT THEY CHARGE WAY TO MUCH AND ITS GHETTO THEY NEVER CLEAN THE LAUNDY ROOM AND THE GARBAGE CANS ARE ALWAYS FULL THEY GET U IN NICELY AS SOON AS U MOVE IN THEY ACT SO MEAN AND ARE LAZY IN TAKIN CARE OF ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY FIXING THE COMMUNITY TO MAKE IT NICE BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE UNITS THEY GOT SPARKS COMIN OUT THEIR OUTLETS AND ALSO IF U GOT KIDS ALL IT TAKES IS 1 TIME TO MESS UP THEY WILL EVICT U AFTER 1 TIME IF U HAVE A DIRTY HOUSE AND THEY COME IN THEY WILL TELL U HOW TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE TRUST ME BAD PLACE TO LIVE IVE SEEN 5 BREAKIN IN CARS IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS I LIVED HERE

I have lived here for over a year...i have a very nice car and nothing has ever happened to it. they have pest control that comes out once a week...so if there a roach problem its mostly likely that you dont clean after yourself or are just too lazy to call the office to let them know...duh! crime happens everywhere...you want low rent...this is what you get for the money...come on now this property is very old and you expect for everything to work as if it were new.
