its crazy here they have 8 people in 1 bedroom home so due to that the community water bill is high for the tenants they went up on rent by 50 dollars so they can make up for people moving out all the time they cant keep alot of people here longer than a year there is rats and roaches no security and cars get broken into alot seriously bad area also but when u complain they flip it and say you lucky i aint evicted you for being dirty im telling u the staff is horrible and dont have a clue what goes on around here trust me pull the police report someone got killed here and also theres alot of crime and they wont fix their gates dont be fooled they will tell u they gonna fix it in the next 2 months to make it all nice but trust me i been here 3 months and still cant get them to fix my air conditioner thats always brakin every week how they gonna fix stuff here but cant even fix inside people apts need carpet all apts on 1 st floor thiers no carpet and charge same rent as the 1 who have carpet and then half the people dont speak english so they dont complain but i talked to a few and they are not happy they tell me sewer comes thru theyre bath tubs and also very old everything is breakin down in the homes trust me dont rent here nightmare if u complain alot they will think of something and evict u or give u a hard time trust me i know i cant wait till 9 more months 4 lease to be over i might even call the inspector dept its very unsafe here i will move out b4 my lease is up
