this place constantly had people getting drunk and fighting, there is trash all over the propery. last december some guy was shot in the head. they always try to add ridiculous charges onto the rent. my husband got layed off and we got behind on one month rent, carita stepped up to help us until his new job check came thru and they evicted us for falling behind one month. its plenty of cheaper apts in the austin area that are worth more than what u will get here. and people were getting their car broken into almost everyday. i came home from an interview and witnessed some kids breaking into an explorer in broad daylight. the car belong to some lady with 4 kids. the property will not do anything to help. so unless u have no other options i would advise you to get an apt locator to get a better deal.

how funny people come on here and only tell part of the truth...why not say it was more then two months because you had an NSF...neither you or him was working and caritas never was going to help...when you saw those kids doing that...you didnt even call the police...why should the office call the police when you are the witnesss. you didnt have a job so you are just lying...and when the person was shot it was not in the head...say the whole story...it was some young black males who thought it would be funny to rob a mexican but instead shot him while he was going home...crime happens everywhere
