Austin Gardens was o.k. for a poor grad student who didn't have money for food, much less an upscale-trendy apartment near campus. Many families living in very small apartments. I had to find somewhere to live online before I moved down and Austin Gardens was the only response I received. I do wish I had looked around a bit more before I had moved there. It is a gated community but so easy to sneak in that it's a joke! It wasn't the worst place I've ever lived but pretty close... mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
