My small apartment was immaculate when I moved in. Repairs were promptly done in most cases. In the one time that there was a delay the management compensated me with a rent reduction. The apartment was owned by a retired architect who resides in Hawaii. He comes to Austin during the warmer months to oversee the maintenance of the complex. I was very satisfied living there. Laundry facilities are kept very clean. The management has the laundry room cleaned every weekday.
